Carlos Antonio Sarria

Carlos Antonio Sarria, 63, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on February 9, 2024. Born on August 18, 1960, in New York, New York, Carlos was known to his loved ones as "Anthony." He was a devoted father, son, brother, and friend.

Anthony is survived by his son, Justin E. Sarria, his mother, Sonia M. Freyre, his father, Angel A. Sarria, his sister, Lydia J. Sarria, his brother, Angelo O. Sarria, and his sister, Sonia Y. Sarria.

Anthony proudly served in the Army, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to his country. His military associations were an integral part of his life and shaped him into the remarkable person he became.

His remains are interred at Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg, Florida March 18, 2024 at 2:00PM with the military honors due to him. In honoring Anthony's memory, let us remember his love, strength, and the joy he brought to those around him.

After the military funeral ceremony, the family met at Ivonne Hernandez's house for a repast to reminisce, celebrate, and honor Anthony's life.
