SPIVEY, Betty Lou, was born on April 30 1936 in Tampa, FL. She was the daughter of Miguel and Mamie Xiques of Tampa, FL. She was retired from the US Postal Service. She is survived by two brothers, Mike Xiques of Allentown, PA and Charles Xiques of Tampa, also one sister, Vicky Gould of Bushnell, FL, sons, J. D. Spivey of Thonotosassa, Hayward "Skipper" Spivey and son-in-law Cecil Colby Jackson, Jr. of Tampa. She is also survived by grandchildren, Desi Dail and Kim Sizemore of Ruskin, Cecil "Boo" Jackson, III, Mechelle Dicorte, Veronica Fernandez and Allison Spivey of Tampa, Jennifer Bailey and Christopher Spivey of Brooksville, great grandchildren, Jorel Baez of Tampa, Copper Dail, Mara and Lona Sizemore of Ruskin, Destin Spivey, Ty and Justin Bailey of Brooksville. A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 3:00 PM at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa.
