Betty Jean Carter, of Weeki Wachee Fl, was born on June 14th 1931 and died on August 5th 2023, at the age of 92. She was a native of Tampa, Fl. She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Joseph B. Carter Jr. Her parents, Richard L. And Mae Stephens. Her brother Richard Stephens, and her sisters Margaret Tinius and Edith Laughary. She is survived by her three sons, David, Tommy, and Robert (Naomi) Carter, and her daughter Sandra Cromwell. Her brothers Ernest, Donald, Robert and Lenton Stephens, and her sister Joan Lawless. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great and great great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
