BALKCOM, Annette, 52, passed away July 8, 2015. Annette was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 24, 1962. She moved to Florida with her family as a teenager. Annette was predeceased by her parents, Adrian and Elizabeth Balkcom. She is survived by her spouse, Matthew Thompson; her four-legged son, Tyler; brothers, Adrian, Jay and Michael; sister, Brenda; and nieces and nephews. Services will be private.
