Angela Niove Rivero

Niove, as everyone called her, she dedicated most of her life to caring of her children, husband and family, and began working in her forties with various jobs at the University of Camaguey Cuba.

She spent most of her spare time sewing, embroidering and making her own fashion-based clothing design. She was Catholic and devoted to the Virgin of the Caridad del Cobre.

Niove is the eldest daughter, along with Hortensia and Juan, from Carmen and Agustin's marriage. Niove married Sebastian in September 1961, which lasted for almost 60 years until the loss of Sebastian in June of this year. Angela Niove leaves behind her two adored children Alexis Sebastian and Lisbet, three grandchildren (Alexis Oscar, Jose Miguel and Christian) and the little great-granddaughter Alexandra along with her sister Hortensia and brother in law Jose, nephews and friends.

A visitation for Angela will be held Sunday, December 26, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home, 7209 North Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, FL 33614, followed by a funeral service from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
