Skeins, Andrew Russell, 40, of Tampa, Florida entered into rest on Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Andrew was born in Appleton, Wisconsin to Janus and Floyd Skeins. He was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church. He was an avid Tampa sports fan, but his first love was his family and fishing. Andrew leaves behind his son, Aiden Russell Skeins; daughter, Gracie Ann Skeins; mother, Janus Skeins; father, Floyd Skeins; brother, Jay Skeins; two sisters, Kim Gasper(Greg) and Sara Skeins; two nieces, Hope Skeins and Jessica Skeins; and numerous aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held at Messiah Lutheran Church, 14920 Hutchison Road, Tampa on Saturday, May 9 at 10am with a reception to follow services.
