Amanda Rose Mahan

Our beloved Amanda Rose Mahan was unexpectedly taken from us by The Lord in Tampa, Florida, on April 14, 2022, at age 32. She is survived by her son Sebastian Jesus and sister Emily Marie, immediate family John Paul and Rose Mary Revels, and siblings Jason Matthew(Elizabeth Rose) and Jonathan Wesley(Alana). Her paternal family James Lloyd Mahan(Barbie) and Timothy Mahan. Her maternal grandparents, Jesus Maria and Nubia de Jesus Trujillo. Close family members include cousins Michael Andrew (Jennifer), Andrew Steven, Luis, Crystal, and aunts/uncles Angela Maria, Gloria Elena (Greg Dwaine), Ana Teresa (Luis), Luz Carmen, and Anthony.

Amanda worked for Waste Management and Affari Transportation as a driver. She had a job that demonstrated her strength as a female. She was an exemplary granddaughter, sister, and mother who devoted time to Sebastian, teaching him love, kindness, and the outdoors.

She had a zeal for life and enjoyed spending time with her family and good friends. She loved great vegetarian food, tennis, sports, the beach, Spanish music, and fun! She loved Tampa Bay and her dog "Magic."

A funeral is scheduled for Sunday, April 24, 2022, starting at 1:00 PM. The memorial service led by Rev Kathy Conner from First Presbyterian Church of Tampa will be held at 2 PM. All are welcome to attend the celebration of life that will follow the memorial service. All events will be held at Blount and Curry FH-Macdill Chap. 605 S. Macdill Ave., Tampa, FL 33609. Attendees are encouraged to wear cocktail attire. Instead of flowers, the family asks for donations to your favorite charity in her name.
