Alexis Kristine Buchman

Alexis Kristine Buchman, 22, from Lutz, FL. passed away on Feb. 15 2024. Born and raised in Tampa, Alexis graduated from Alonso High School then continued on to the University of South Florida for school and softball. She was known as a great teammate and a great softball player. Alexis had a very strong work ethic and was very proud to have received a degree in Criminology from USF.

Alexis loved her family and friends, playing softball and truly adored her somewhat naughty at times, super spoiled pup, Maisy. She was tough as nails, a warrior, yet sweet, kind and loved by those she crossed paths with. Alexis will be remembered as a fierce competitor who never stopped fighting

She is preceded in death by her poppa, Dale Parkin and by her Auntie, Amy (Amy Gail Buchman).

Alexis is survived by her parents, Kris and Steven Buchman; best big brother ever, Riley; grandparents, Nanny (Gloria Parkin) and Johnpa (John Abbott), Bubba and Gaga (Booky/Jacob and Cookie/Edith Buchman); aunt, Sue (Capt Bill) Judd; aunt, Juju (uncle Keith) Roher, uncle, Eric (aunt Melissa) Buchman and her wonderful cousins, Conner, Brenna, Amy, Zach, Zoe, Emily and Maddie.

A private inurnment to take place at Myrtle Hill Cemetery. The family will have a celebration of life for Alexis at a later date.
