Albert Lazo 89, of Hobe Sound, Florida passed away on March 21, 2016. Albert was preceded in death by his wife, Gwendolyn and daughters, Patricia Perkins and Mary Whitaker. He is survived by his sister, Hilda Roe; brother, Edward Lazo; grandchildren, Michael Perkins, Jr (Darlene), Lisa Eiland, Lori Govantes, Albert Perkins (Yvonne), great grandchildren, Lundy Perkins, Michael Lee Perkins, Christyna Peña, Yvette Riggs, Kamron Eiland and Marisa Peña. Albert Lazo served in both the Army and Air Force and later joined and retired from the Postal Service. Albert's granddaughters often referred to him as " the most perfect man they know" because he stood head and shoulders above most men in his love for his beautiful wife Gwendolyn, family and friends. He will forever be our guardian angel. Funeral service will take place on Friday, March 25, 2016 at 10:00am at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, Fl. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
