He was born in Tallahassee on June 3, 1988. He was an avid fan of all sports. He was a 2006 graduate of Lincoln High School. He earned an Associates of Arts and Associates of Science from Tallahassee Community College. Austin was a strong man that touched the life of anyone that he met and most of the time never knew what impact he made on their life. His strong faith, will, and determination made him a remarkable person. He never gave up on anything and pushed forward to achieve his goals. He was a devoted son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew and friend to many.
He is survived by his father and mother BillyBob and Dee Causseaux of Woodville; two sisters, Tiffany Thomas (Trenton) of Woodville and Amanda Lundquist (Leif) of Crawfordville; paternal Grandparents Bobby and Julie Causseaux of Woodville and Frances Maxwell of Tallahassee; maternal Grandmother Kathleen Helms of Tallahassee.; two nieces Taylor and Kailey Thomas of Woodville and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Timmy Gleaton.
He is finally free of the pain and suffering he endured most of his life and is now walking pain free with the Lord. He will be greatly missed by all his extended family and friends. We love you, Austin.
In lieu of flowers, the family request the donations be made to Big Bend Hospice or the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Visitation will be at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Chapel 1737 Riggins Road on Saturday August 20, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the Lake Bradford Baptist Church 3024 Lake Bradford Road on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior to services. Interment will follow at White Church Cemetery in Woodville.
Arrangements are under the direction of Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Tallahassee, Florida.
