Tanya Strickland Jones

Tanya is survived by her husband of almost 48 years, Cecil Jones, her two daughters, Chantell Bartell and Tellie Jones and Chantell's husband, Ray. She has three granddaughters: Jorann, Caitlin, and Hailey, two grandsons: Logan and Ricky, and one great granddaughter, Alice, who shares her birthday.

Tanya was a stay at home mom for many years. She then earned a Master's degree in Social Work from FSU. She has helped countless children and their families. Upon retirement, she has enjoyed fishing and four wheeling with Cecil, going to the mountains, camping with the grandkids a, and spending time with all the family.

Tanya was an avid watercolor artist, jewelry maker, and all around crafty person. She has many artistic talents that she has shared with many members of the family. She loved reading and often shared her books with many. Our lives will never be the same with her passing.
