Richard (Dick) Kramer passed away at the age of 76 on November 3, 2018 in Tallahassee. Dick was a graduate of Largo High School in Largo, Florida, the United States Military Academy and Stetson University College of Law.
He served in the Army in Vietnam with the 11th Armored Calvary Regiment from April 1969 to April 1970.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles Kramer and his mother Mildred Touchton Kramer.
Dick is survived by his daughters Susan Coleen Hechenberger, Trina Kramer, Mindy Perkins and Stacy Thompson; his grandsons Ryan FitzPatrick, Daniel Hechenberger, Eric Hechenberger, Tyler Perkins, Andrew Perkins and Tre Thompson as well as his brothers Charles Kramer and James Kramer.
Honoring Dick’s wishes, he will buried at Arlington National Cemetery. No formal services will be held at this time.
