Nelson. I’m so happy for you.  I know you are celebrating your reunion with Joan and all our loved ones who have gone on before us.  You are now free to enjoy perfect health and the joy Jesus promised us. 

I always adored you, big brother of mine. I wish we could have shared more time together, but we’ll make up for that when I join you in heaven some day.

Our sympathy is extended to Sharon and all other members of the Walters family.  Our children, my husband, and I got to know "Mr. Nelson" as a friendly and loving neighbor who let our boys use his yard to practice learning how to cut grass.  He was such a special man, and we are grateful that we got to know him.  My boys started to learn service to God and neighbor through "Mr. Nelson".  His own Christian example is one that our family will continue to try to replicate.  May the soul of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.  And let perpetual light shine upon him!  God bless you all.

This message is especially for Eddie, Nelson 's son and his family. I don't know you Eddie. We have never met. But please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Our suffering is individual but I feel much unconditional love for you. Please know that to be true.

So sorry for your loss but happy for Nelson to be able to see the Lord face to face. After a controversial past  I remember Nelson being one of the ones who welcomed me to Christian Heritage when I got saved with love and grace. His smile and warm hugs were special. I’ve never forgotten that and have made it a part of my testimony. He will never be forgotten!

I never got to see Nelson often because of the miles that separated us. I know he and GOD new each other. He is now home with many family and friends GOD bless his family.
