Marie L. Furlong, 98, of Tallahassee passed away, Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at the Margaret B. Dozier Hospice House in Tallahassee.
Marie was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; she was a resident of Westmont, New Jersey for 35 years before relocating to Stuart, Florida in 1976.
Graveside funeral services will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, December 14, at MeadowWood Memorial Park.
Marie is preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Anna Guarro; her husband, Andrew T. Furlong Sr.; and a son, Reverend Father Emil E. Furlong.
She leaves behind her loving family, son, Andrew T. Furlong Jr. and his wife Colleen of York, Maiine; a daughter, Donna M. Miller and her husband Carl of Tallahassee; grandchildren, Andrew Furlong III, Daniel Furlong, Theresa Furlong, Nancy Furlong Buchwald, Carl Miller III, Kristin Miller and Amy Miller; and six great grandchildren.
