Margaret A. Hatton

Margaret Ann Hatton, longtime resident of Tallahassee, FL, age 91, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Canterfield Assisted Living in Tallahassee, Florida. Born January 6, 1931 in Newark, New Jersey, she was the daughter of the late Martin Ryder and Anna Bender. Margaret was preceded in death by her loving Husband Walter Hatton, and her son, Brooks Elliott Hatton. She is survived by her daughters, Tracy Hatton and Corey Tisch (Richard); grandchildren, Ryan Mckinless, Casey Mckinless, Kevin Mckinless, Stephen Tisch and Jason Tisch.

Margaret had many interests including walking and gardening, shopping, French toast, loving on other people’s pets, Bailey’s at Christmas time and watching TCM if she didn’t happen to have any good books to read. If anyone had the pleasure of knowing Margaret they knew about her devotion and the deep love she had for her family. Her most treasured activity was spending quality time with her grandchildren.
