Lucille R. Slade died at her home in Tallahassee, on March 25, 2013.
She is survived by her daughter, Paula Slade of Tallahassee; a son, William Slade (Denise) of The Villages; one grandson, Lloyd Slade of Springfield, Ohio; a sister, Jene (Max) Lane of Tallahassee; and several nieces and nephews.
She was born and raised in Weiner, AR. She worked for Sprint Telephone for 32 years. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Earl Slade.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 30, 2013, at 2:00 P.M. in Grace Lutheran Church with interment to follow at Tallahassee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M.on Saturday at Grace Lutheran Church.
