JoAnn Penny Frison, 73, of Tallahassee passed away on December 14, 2023.
JoAnn is survived by her daughter, Jocelyn Parrish; grandson, Dominic Parrish; sisters Dorothy Jones, Rosetta Griffin, Betty Batts and Barbara Ann Penny as well as a host of other relatives.
Services will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 11:30 am in the Capital Room of Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home | Riggins Road Chapel.
