Henry Eugene Bass, of Belleair FL, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015. He was born September 22, 1920 in Chipley, FL to John Henry Bass and Annie Laura Stokes Bass. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Hazel Gavin Bass; and two brothers, Uley Green Bass and Edward Neal Bass. Henry is survived by his children, J. Wayne Bass of Tallahassee, FL, Carol Elaine (Donald) Watson of Belleair, FL; two sisters, Catherine McCrary and Evelyn Neal of Chipley, FL; four grandchildren, Laura Danielle Patronis of Tallahassee, FL, Shannon Nichole Huffman of Tallahassee, FL, Ryan Watson of Belleair, FL, and Ginger Thompson of Belleair, FL; and five great grandchildren, Shelby Murphy of Tallahassee, FL, Logan Murphy of Tallahassee, FL, Heather Huffman of Tallahassee, FL, Tanner Patronis of Tallahassee, FL, and Sawyer Thompson of Belleair, FL. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 12 noon at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home 700 Timberlane Rd, with a graveside service to follow at 1pm in MeadowWood Memorial Park.
