Grace Earl McCoy Seckel was born on April 14, 1928 in River Junction, FL. She moved to Tallahassee, FL in 1938. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Tallahassee, FL. Grace was also a member of the Women's Club of Tallahassee, and Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Auxiliary. She is the daughter of Ira Martin McCoy and Irmenia Cook McCoy.Her husband is Herbert James. Grace had three sons, James Martin Seckel (deceased), David Thomas Seckel (deceased), and Jack Arthur Seckel who is married to Millie. Grace also had two brothers , James Maxwell McCoy (deceased), and Henry Jackson McCoy. She leaves behind three grandchildren; Stephen Jackson Seckel, Kaylin Elizabeth Seckel, and Jordyn Adia Seckel. Celebration of Life will be Monday at 11am. There will be a funeral service followed by a graveside at Culleys MeadowWood Memorial Park.
