He enjoyed FSU sports especially Basketball and Football. He watched every football game possible, sitting in the metal stadium for the Twenty-Three straight losses in the 1970's because he said "You Cannot be a Fair Weather Fan". Fishing was his other passion from reading, watching TV shows to collecting lures, flies rods and reels, he was proud of catching several Bass eight, ten, eleven and thirteen plus pounds. At his request, there will be no service due to age, health and care taking plus distance of family as they would be distraught not attending. He loved them so couldn't put them through that. Always concerned for others over himself, he was a loving, kind, caring, good, funny man who never said a bad word about anyone. He was full of integrity. If desired, a donation in memory of Fred may be made to John Wesley United Methodist Church, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Florida Special Olympics or the Charity of your choice. Grateful.
