Evelyn F. Ward nee Evelyn Magdaline Hill, born July 1, 1917, of Marianna, Jackson County, Florida and long-time resident of Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida entered into her eternal rest on January 2, 2013.
She is survived by her brother, Johnathan Henry Hill; son, Thomas Moore Fleming; and daughter, Cecelia Mae Jacobs. Her one and only sister, Katherine Traylor Fisher, has pre-deceased her. She is also leaving behind four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
Evelyn was a charter member of East Hill Baptist Church, retired Executive Secretary with the Florida Department of Transportation and wife to three husbands who have already passed on before her.
Graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, January 4, 2013, at Roselawn Cemetery.
