Emily "Trudy" Groves

Emily Gertrude “Trudy” Groves of Tallahassee, FL passed away on November 11, 2017. She was born in Tallahassee on August 29, 1943. Trudy was a loving wife and mother whom was devoted to her family. She enjoyed traveling, gemology, and bingo. Trudy had numerous friends that meant the world to her. She will be missed by all that were touched by her love. We know that she is in heaven with her husband and family. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Frank Patrick and Mary Etta Carnley and her husband, Irvin Eugene Groves. Trudy is survived by children ,Scott Groves of Tallahassee, FL; Candice Heilman (James Heilman) of Green Springs, OH; Todd Groves (Jean Groves) of Tiffin, OH; Sister, Mary Ann Funckus of Apple Valley, CA; brother, Jerry Frank Carnley of Atlanta, GA; Grandchildren, Fawne Heilman-Conrad (Joshua Conrad) of Tiffin, OH; Rachel Groves of Marion, OH, and Erin Groves of Tiffin, OH. A visitation will be held from 12-1pm on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home, Riggins Road Chapel with a service to follow at 1pm. Burial is to follow at Woodville Cemetery.
