Charles William Horne, 80, of Tallahassee passed away on February 22. Charles was born in Mt. Etna, Pennsylvania on June 4, 1934 to John and Annie Horne. As a teenager he joined the U.S. Military proudly serving in the US Air Force retiring after 20 years of service.He also worked and retired from the State of Florida. Charles is a member of the East Hill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of over 59 years, Anna Horne; Son, Chris Horne (Roya); Daughter, Regina Timms (Joey); Grandchildren, Danielle, Briana, Andrew and Ariana; and Great-Grandchildren Caden and Francie. Charles was a great man who believed that family should always come first. He showed that by loving and caring for them all dearly.A visitation will be held on Wednesday February 25, 2015 5-7 pm at Culley's MeadowWood Riggins Road Chapel. Graveside services will be 11:30am Thursday February 26, 2015 at Tallahassee Memory Gardens 4037 N. Monroe Street Tallahassee.
