She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amie Noelle; husband, David Fretwell; father, Nolen Ridgway; and mother, Floyce Ridgway.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa (Ed) Boyd; Nicole (Rob) Kelly, who was like a daughter to her; brother, David (Ann) Ridgway; and a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
The family would like to recognize and show appreciation to the many doctors, more specifically, Dr. Julia Weeks, Dr. Joseph Chen, Dr. Jared Barber and Dr. Jason Chen, nurses and other staff of Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Hospital for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Ms. Fretwell and to her family.
Graveside Services will be at set for a later date and time. In keeping with her wishes, no formal services will be held.
