Custom Celebration of Life services will be held at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 700 Timberlane Road, Tallahassee, FL 32312. Visitation will be 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. with services starting at 3:00 p.m. and interment and a reception to follow.

Amanda was born in Biloxi, MS, on May 14, 1974, to Alan Guy Nash and Carolyn Rose Hiers. She was a vibrant, loving, and generous person all the way around. She had a lifelong love of old movies with “Imitation of Life” and “Gone with the Wind” being her favorites. Cary Grant was her most loved actor; and you could find her watching movies with him as the star often. Although she never was big on football, she was known to stand up and cheer for the Saints as well as the Seminoles. In her spare time, you could find her with friends, enjoying time with kids, going to the beach and visiting yard sales.

She is survived by her wife, Kim Chason; mother, Carolyn Hiers (Bill Ferrell); father, Alan Nash (Judy); brother, Andrew Nash (Gina); beloved niece and nephews, Alexander, Marlise, Denver, Brett and Zane; mother-in-law, Rebecca Chason; numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends; and two spoiled furbabies , Dolly and Pebbles.

She will be missed more than words can express.
