Peggy Sue Vaughan "Mother To All"

Peggy was born on January 22, 1958 in Dallas, TX the daughter of James Ira and Minnie (Baxter) Jones. Peggy was a Baptist by faith and attended the Tahlequah Bible Church. Peggy enjoyed many of the simple things of life such as reading, surfing the net, and watching TV. She especially enjoyed watching horror movies late into the night. Peggy was fond of animals, especially her pet dog “Sable” and her cat “Shasta”. Most of all Peggy loved her family and her grandbabies. Peggy will be missed by all who came to know and love her.

Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, a son Ricky Dean Vaughan Jr., and a sister Alma Clark.

Those left to cherish her memory include include her husband Ricky Vaughan of the home, her son Jason Jones and his wife Dawn of Colorado Springs, CO. her daughter Athena Bailey and her husband Heath of Hulbert, OK. a brother Jim Jones of Briggs, OK. and Gerry Jones and his wife Linda of Caney Ridge, OK. her sisters Ida Grissett of Westville, OK., Ruth Goode of Boudinot, OK., and Francis Weaver and her husband Everett of Prescott , Arkansas, and 7 Grandbabies as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones.
