Patsy Ruth Puckett Bell

Funeral Services for Patsy Ruth Bell of Teresita, OK will be held, 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Reed Culver Chapel in Tahlequah, OK, with Reverend Jimmy Bell, and Reverend Billy Bell officiating. Interment will follow at Blue Springs Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Andrew Bell, Dee Bell, Matthew Braddy, Joseph Bell, Shad Busby, and Heuston Braddy.

Patsy Ruth (Puckett) Bell went home to be with the Lord on March 20, 2013 at the age of 79 years and 19 days. She was born on March 1, 1934 to Charlie and Mildred Jane (Harris) Puckett in Keystone, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and one brother.

She graduated from Oaks Mission High School and resided in Teresita, OK. Patsy was married to DeWitt Burgess Bell on June 18, 1955. To this marriage was born three children; Doyle, Ruth, and Danny.

Patsy was a Homemaker who enjoyed cooking, sewing, and reading. She loved to spend time with her family, especially the little ones.

Patsy is survived by her husband DeWitt of the home, one sister Billie Sourjohn of Tahlequah, OK, her son Doyle and wife Janice, her daughter Ruth and husband Glen Braddy, and her son Danny and wife Wendy all of Teresita, OK. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren: Stacy Busby and Husband Shad of Teresita, OK, Andrew Bell and wife Natasha of Tahlequah, OK, Dee Bell of Teresita, OK, Matthew Braddy and wife Danielle of Teresita, OK, Joseph Bell and wife Madison of Beaumont, TX, Martha Bell of Teresita, OK, Heaven Braddy of Tahlequah, OK, Kamisha Braddy and Heuston Braddy of Teresita, OK. Patsy is also survived by six great-grandchildren: Nicholas Aliman, Blaze Braddy, Dylan Braddy, Lily Busby, Jacob Bell, and Jeremiah Braddy, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
