Frankie Michelle “Missy” Galvan-Morales was born on May 4th, 1962 in Tahlequah, OK, the daughter of Pearson Galvan Sr. and Sharon Kay Rotramel-Hipp. She was raised with two brothers and one sister, Stan Galvan, Pearson Galvan Jr., and Lisa Marchbanks. She attended and graduated from high school. In 1986, she married the love of her life, James .Together they would raise a family of three sons and two daughters, Christopher, Michael, Timothy, Samantha, and Sarah. She was a loving wife and mother, always keeping up with everyone’s activities, supporting them in everything they did and cooking some truly amazing meals to keep them fed! She loved to cook. She was in the hospitality business. She ran and managed several businesses including bars, that her and her husband James owned over the years. When she wasn’t working, which wasn’t often, she could be found working in her own garden, raising the most beautiful flowers. She had a special fondness for classic cars, and loved to restore them. There was nothing better than chilling at the house, and she always had her favorite tunes playing. She never had a shortage of friends and family she adored, and couldn’t wait to spend time with them, swapping stories and enjoying the day. She was the proud grandmother of twenty some grandchildren, and she loved each and every one of them, and appreciated them for who they were. She liked holiday and special events with her family and friends and always made everyone feel included. She loved going out and had a love for playing the games at the casino. She had a beautiful smile and a great sense of humor. If you met her, you felt you had known her all of your life. Missy was a survivor of cancer. She passed from this life on May 28th, 2021 in Denison, TX, with her loved ones by her side. She was 59 years old and will be greatly missed.
Missy is preceded in death by mother, Sharon Kay Rotramel-Hipp, her son, Timothy Plummer, stepdad, Aubrey Hipp, and her grandparents.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, James Morales of the home in Cartwright, OK, and her children, Christopher Morales of Denison, TX, Michael Plummer of Oklahoma, Samantha Arps and family of Denison, TX and Sarah Still of Utah. She leaves her father, Pearson Galvan Sr. and wife Wanda Rodriquez of Garland, TX, and her brothers and sister, Stan Galvan of Oklahoma, Pearson Galvan of Oklahoma, and Lisa Marchbanks of Kansas. She lives on her twenty some grandchildren, her nieces, nephews, cousins and a whole host of friends and loved too numerous to mention.
Graveside services for Frankie Michelle “Missy’ Galvan-Morales will be held on Friday, June 11th, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Ross Cemetery in Park Hill, OK with Reverend Jason Gann officiating.Her family will receive visitors on Thursday, June 10th, 2021 beginning at 1:00 Pm until 7:00 PM at Reed-Culver Funeral Home in Tahlequah, OK.
