Chasity “Chas” Lynn Beck was born on Valentine’s Day, February 14th, 1979 in Tahlequah, OK, the daughter of Alford Lee and Brenda (Keeton) Looney. Her father, Alford was in the military and the family moved frequently in her younger years. She was raised with her sister April and later as an adult received the additions of two siblings Dakota and Kaitlyn. The family eventually settled in the Mena, AR community. As an adult she worked for finance companies, a bank, and finally for the US Government as the BIA Forestry Division Office Manager. The joy of her life was her four sons, Trace Beck, Tyler Nail, Chandler Nail and Cadon Beck. They were her source of pride and joy. When Chas wasn’t working, you could find her in the kitchen, and made the best spaghetti, butter pasta, chicken and rice, chicken alfredo and bean soup! She loved games of all types, from solitaire to scrabble and hours playing World of Warcraft. There was always a good shopping trip or an evening watching her favorite shows, investigation discovery and cooking shows. Home was her happy place and Christmas was her time to shine. She loved making things for her family to enjoy and liked decorating the house for the holidays. The view from her backyard was fine but she absolutely adored the ocean, beaches and the waves. Recently there was a trip to the Dominican Republic, and the majestic setting and ocean waves made her smile. She was quiet and thoughtful, but would help anyone that asked. Her family was her heart and she never tired of caring for them. She loved life just the way she found it, and made people smile. The end came on November 10th, 2024 in Kansas, OK, she was 45 years old. She will be missed for all the love she gave.
She is preceded in death by grandparents, her mother, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
