Charlie Wayne Lowrey was born on September 4th, 1997 in Tahlequah, OK, the son of William Lowrey and Marquetta Fulsom. He was raised in a household with two brothers and one sister, Edward Eli, Dustin and Ninah Ann. He grew up in the Tahlequah community and loved spending his free time doing a little deer hunting and fishing. He loved playing sports when he was younger and played football for Briggs School. Music had always been a passion and he listened to a lot of different genres, but really liked Rap. He was also a very gifted composer. He liked to relax in the kitchen and made really good fry bread and biscuits. He was always happy and cheerful, and if he couldn’t make you laugh it was too late for you. He liked to joke and pull pranks, and he loved to draw. Family was always so important to Charlie and especially his daughters, Isabella Marie, Wrenley Hope, and Alyah Moon. Any chance to gather for a holiday meal and spend the day laughing with his cousins was a good day. A Christian by faith, Charlie left this world far too soon on July 5th, 2024 in Tahlequah, OK. He was only 26 years old and will be greatly missed by all those lucky enough to call him friend.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, William Lowrey Sr. and Ann Lou James, his mother, Marquetta Fulsom, his father, William Bill Lowrey, and one brother, David Michael Anthony Adney-Lowrey.
Those left to celebrate his memory include his daughters, Isabella Marie Lowrey, Wrenley Hope Anderson and Alyah Moon Taylor. He also leaves his brothers and sisters, Edward French and wife Danielle of Tahlequah, Dustin Lowrey and wife Diana of Tahlequah, OK, Ninah Ann Guerra of Tahlequah, OK, and Kristie Smith. He also leaves his aunts and uncles, Victoria James and Lee Moore of Tahlequah, Jimbo Lowrey and wife Angie of Gore, OK, Mike Lowrey of Porum, OK, and Grandmother Nancy Lowrey of Keys, OK, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends and loved ones too numerous to mention.
