Bobby was a friend to everyone and enjoyed being around people, his favorite people were definitely his grandkids that he loved so dearly. He was fun to be around, always playing practical jokes, taking time to go for a round of golf with friends or shooting skeet to pass the time. Bobby was a Mason and earned his 50 year Shriners pin with more than 50 years of service. When he wasn’t playing jokes on people, many of the hobbies he enjoyed to unwind included playing darts, hunting, fishing, playing pool, or kicked back in his chair with a bowl of chocolate ice cream and Oreos. Bobby married Marylin Mitchell on November 7th, 1987 at his home is Qualls. Their door was always open to family and friends for get-togethers. Bobby especially looked forwards to their 4th of July bash and Thanksgiving Dinners, every year making each event bigger than life. On March 20th, 2018, Bobby passed away in the comforts of his home in Qualls with his family by his side at the age of 84 years old.
