Johnny Mack Holland

Johnny Holland, passed away early in the morning of June 14, 2017 at the age of 76. John was born on October 15, 1940 in Santa Anna, TX, the 10th of 11 children. After his parents died, he was raised in the Buckners Children Home with three of his siblings. John joined the US Army and retired after 20 years of service. He also worked for Gregory Portland ISD for 20 years after his military service. He married the love of his life, Janice, on May 3, 1963 and they were married for 54 years. John is survived by his wife, Janice Holland of Taft, TX; his three sons, Jeffery (Anne) Holland of Sinton, TX, Richard (Amanda) Holland of Corpus Christi, TX and Michael Holland of Banquete, TX. He is also survived by his two grandchildren who he loved dearly, Kandace Holland and John Major Holland. Services are private.
