Frances M. Morris Evans

Frances M. Evans passed away November 25, 2015 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born March 3, 1928 in Allen, Oklahoma and lived in Taft, Texas until moving to Corpus Christi in 2005. While living in Taft she was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Her husband, Otho Evans Sr. and son, Jeff Evans preceded her in death. She is survived by her three children; daughter & son-in-law, Elizabeth Melder and Rick Melder; daughter, Shelby O'Brien and son & daughter-in law, Otho Evans Jr. and Kim Evans; Seven Grandchildren and Three Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m., Monday, November 30, 2015 and continue until Funeral Services begin at 10:00 a.m. at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Billy Storms will officiate. Interment will follow at Palms Memorial Gardens in Portland, Texas.
