Dr. Paul L. Maglione

Dr. Paul Louis Maglione, 80, passed away on Friday, August 24, 2012 with his family by his side in Syracuse, New York. A funeral service was held on Monday, August 27, 2012 at the Transfiguration Church. Dr. Maglione was born on September 13, 1931 to Louis Maglione and Helen Sidelnik Maglione. He was a solo practitioner in family medicine in North Syracuse for over fifty years, and he was profoundly dedicated to his patients and his profession. He was a devout Catholic and an active member of the Transfiguration Church. He worked with various charities, and he enjoyed classical music and opera, economics, cooking, reading and spending time with his family.

Dr. Maglione is survived by his wife of 34 years, Jane; his daughters, Katharine and Anne; his sons, Matthew, David and Louis; his sister Madeline and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Dr. Maglione was a kind, generous and compassionate husband, brother and father. He was dearly loved by his family and friends, and he will be greatly missed.
