Lena R. Diflorio

Lena R. Testone DiFlorio, 94, of Liverpool passed away Thursday at home surrounded by her family. A life resident of the Syracuse area she retired from Dey Brothers Department Store after 41 years. Mrs. DiFlorio was a communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. She was a member of the St. John Golden Agers.

She was predeceased by her husband Joseph DiFlorio in 2002.

Lena is survived by her son, Joseph (Natalie) DiFlorio; grandchildren, Joseph (Debbie) DiFlorio and Mariann (Michael) DiFlorio Geary and great-grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Abby and Grace.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, 8:45 a.m. from FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME and 9:30 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Liverpool, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated.

Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street.
