Joseph E. Britt, 55, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday at University Hospital. He was predeceased by his mother, Ethel and sister, Charmine.
Survivors: daughter, Jovita; brothers, Charles and Clement Britt; father, Ezekiel Britt; one grandson and several nieces and nephews.
