

Hope “Hopey” Miguel Lancellotti, 82, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday at St. Joseph’s Hospital with her loving family by her side. Born in Solvay, she resided in Florida in her early years. She has been a resident of Syracuse for the last 60 years. Mrs. Lancellotti was a communicant of St. Daniel’s Church. She was also a member of Arrowhead Ladies Golf League and Brooklawn Ladies Golf League.
Hope is survived by her husband of 63 years, Guido F. Lancellotti; sons, Peter Michael (Jean) Lancellotti of TN and Richard F. Lancellotti of FL; sister, Mary Louise Areitio of Spain; grandchildren, Lisa Marie (Stephen) Pinkerton of Baldwinsville and Tricia Michelle (Eric) Feher of Syracuse; great-grandchildren, Jessica and James Feher and Tara, Kelly and Daniel Pinkerton and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, 8:15 a.m. from FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME and 9 a.m. in St. Daniel’s Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Friends may call, Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street. A special thank you to her niece, Brenda D’Addario, for the amazing care and love she provided to make her Aunt Hope’s last year(s) of life as fulfilling as possible.
