Florence C. Greco

Florence C. Fascia Greco, 92, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, New York, she lived in Syracuse most of her life. Florence retired from Prestolite after 27 years. She was predeceased by her husband, Rosario Greco, Sr.; son, Michael Greco, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Ann Greco; siblings, Loretta Sandness, Victoria Ventrone, Jennie Hajney, Ambrose Fascia.

Florence is survived by her daughters, Joanne Shafer and Florentina (Jon) Meicht-Oakes, both of Syracuse; son, Rosario Greco, Jr. of Fulton; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, 10 a.m. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME.

Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery.

Callings hours will be held Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse.
