Daniel R. Cerio, Jr.

Daniel Robert Cerio, Jr., of Manlius, passed away Saturday while racing in Martin, MI. Daniel was a graduate of Fayetteville Manlius High School in 2008 and a 2011 graduate of Ohio Technical College. He was a current student of The Hot Rod Institute in Rapid City, SD. Danny’s loves included spending time with family and friends, racing snowmobiles and motorcycles. His love of life and unforgettable spirit will be missed by all who knew him.

He is predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Frank R. Cerio of Canastota.

Daniel is survived by his loving parents, Dr. Daniel R. and Therese Cerio of Manlius; two siblings, Stephanie and Nicholas Cerio of Manlius; grandparents, Richard Liquori of Cicero, Patricia Mascari of Cicero and Jean Cerio of Canastota; several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his long-time girlfriend, Lindsey Cupo of Manlius.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, 10 a.m. at St. Ann’s Church, Manlius, NY where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at St. Ann’s Church, 104 Academy Street, Manlius, NY 13104.
