Anna Coffey

Anna Coffey, 76, formerly of Syracuse, New York and most recently of Powell, Ohio, passed away Friday. In 1994, she retired from Kmart in Mattydale as Assistant Manager after 29 years of service. Predeceased by her husband of 27 years, John F. Coffey on October 22, 1979; and her brother, Alexander Ventrone.

Surviving are her three children, Sandra Marie Coffey of Ohio, James Michael (Linda) Coffey of Liverpool, and Constance Ann (Craig) Talik of Ohio; four grandchildren, Michael David (Alexia) Coffey, John Joseph Coffey, Daniel Joseph Talik, and Anne Kristen Talik; great grandchild, James Philip Coffey; sister-in-law, Joan Ventrone; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday 9:15 a.m. at FARONE & SON FUNERAL HOME and 10 a.m. in St. Margaret’s Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 1500 Park Street.
