Emma Houssian, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on October 7th after a long and brave journey through the challenges of old age. She spent her final moments peacefully at her home in Syosset, surrounded by her loving family.
Emma was known for her passion for painting, her love of flowers, and her delight in chocolate. Her kind spirit and joy will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
The Houssian family wishes to celebrate Emma's life by remembering the happiness she brought to others rather than the sorrow of her passing.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Jack, her cherished children, Iven, Elizabeth and Elizabeth's husband Michael and, her wonderful grandchildren, Gregory and Matthew, along with Matthew's wife, Anna.
A private family gathering will be held at home to honor and celebrate Emma's remarkable life.
