Sylvania– William "Billy" Millette Tucker, Sr., age 63, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at his residence in Sylvania. He was born in Atlanta, GA to James Robert & Sue Parham Tucker. He worked at the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture.
