Rebecca Ann Mock Friese

Sylvania – Rebecca Ann Mock Friese, age 50, passed away on July 31, 2016, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. She was born in Burke County, GA, was of Baptist faith and worked as a homemaker. She was preceded in death by Her Son: Matthew Friese; Step-Father: Clinton Tracy Mock.

Survivors: Husband: Wayne Friese of Sylvania; Daughters: Michelle F. Waters and Heather Leigh-Anne Friese, both of Sylvania; Mother: Judy Morris Mock of Sylvania; Sisters and Brother-In-Law: Robyn & Troy Mock and Angelia & Brian Sydow, all of Statesboro; Brother: Cliff Mock of Atlanta; Grandchildren: Benjamin Friese, Ryan Waters and Taylor Smith; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation: Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.

Funeral Services: Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Friendship Baptist Church with Chad Wall officiating. Burial following at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers: James Rosier, John Willie Rosier, Rufus Bragg, Toby Bragg, Stevie Oglesby and Travis Waters. Honorary Pallbearers: Dustin Doyle, Spencer Ciaramitaro, Michael Blackburn, Cody Oglesby, Ronnie Burke and James Smith.
