Mamie Lou Ferguson Lee

Sylvania – Mamie Lou Ferguson Lee, age 89, passed away on November 15, 2016 at The Place at Pooler under Gentiva Hospice. She was born in Allendale, SC to the late William Arthur & Agnes Ophelia Crews Ferguson. She was retired from Torrington Co. and also worked at Rite Aid and she was a member of Greenhill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband: Willie Marvin “Dink” Lee.

Survivors: Daughters: Ethel Lee Stafford of Sylvania and Carolyn Lee Williams of Eden, GA; Sons: Donald Lee and Arnold Lee, both of Sylvania; Grandchildren: Keith Stafford of Sylvania, Warren “PeeWee” Stafford of Sylvania, Tonia Jackson of Riceboro, GA, Melissa Stafford of Eden, Dane Lee of Sylvania and Heidi Donaldson of Garland, TX; 4 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great-Grandchild; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation: Friday, November 18, 2016 at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.

Funeral Service: Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 11:00AM at the Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home with Rev. Clint Williams officiating. Burial following at Screven County Memorial Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Mike Daley, Ray Reynolds, Ed Thompson, David Crews and Alton Crews.
