

Sylvania – Bonnie May Lehman Maierhoffer, age 72, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. She was born in Baltimore, MD to the late Dr. David J. Lehman, MD and Henrietta Tichenor Richey, and she was retired from Miami General Hospital, in Miami, FL, where she worked as the chief of nuclear medicine. She was also a homemaker, a member of the Society of Nuclear Medicine and was of Jewish faith. She enjoyed the outdoors, music, the arts, reading and traveling to the mountains. Her greatest love was being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Daughter-In-Law: Ginny Yeoman Maierhoffer; Brother-In-Law: Norman S. Yellin; Brother: David J. Lehman, Jr.
Survivors: Son: Henry “Hank” Maierhoffer, Jr. of Sylvania; Daughter and Son-In-Law: Kathleen E. & Terrance Zich of DeLand, FL; Step-Daughter and Son-In-Law: Annie Kalminer & Paul Brown of Kissimmee, FL; Sister: Wendy Ann Lehman Yellin of Naperville, IL; 5 Grandchildren; 5 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Niece and 2 Nephews.
