Sylacauga, AL. - William Clayton Green, age 84, passed away on Sunday, June 23, 2024.
William is survived by his wife, Dolly Green; daughters, Nena Green Hebson (Matt), Candi Green Hickman (Jeff); four grandchildren, Chase Horton (Amberlyn), Trent Cooper, Colton Cooper, Alana Hickman; two great-grandchildren, Carter Clayton Horton, Rylie Morgan Horton; and a host of nieces and nephews.
William was preceded in death by his father, William Henry Green; mother, Hazel Odela Green; and two sisters, Shirley Alexander and Betty Sue Bunn.
He was a loving husband. A faithful and devoted Christian man who was a great example to his family. He was most of all proud of his girls and his grandchildren, they held a special place in his heart. He was blessed to be able to meet two great grandchildren.
A visitation for William will be Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Avenue, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150 followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel with Bro. Mike Dankson officiating.
William Clayton will be laid to rest in Marble City Cemetery, 500 West 4th St., Sylacauga, AL.
