Walter Wayne Reynolds, age 76 of Rockford, passed away at his residence March 15, 2016. Graveside service will be held Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 1:30 PM at Andrews Chapel Cemetery with Lee Walton officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 19 from 11-1 at Curtis and Son North Chapel. Mr. Reynolds retired from Columbus Finance after 35 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force, was a Civil War enthusiast, a collector of Stetson hats and black gun powder guns and was an avid Alabama fan. He is survived by his wife, Faye Grogan Reynolds; sons, Steve and Jeff Reynolds; brother, Bill Reynolds; sister, Jane Reynolds; three grandchildren, Ramsey Reynolds, Hebson Reynolds, and Henri Reynolds. Pallbearers will be Chuck McEwen, Briggs Macon, Billy Reynolds and Ronald Lackey.
