Shirley Ann Stanford

Sylacauga, AL - Graveside service for Shirley Ann Stanford, 71, will be Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. in the Goodwater City Cemetery with Bro. Joe Garner officiating.

Mrs. Stanford died Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady C. Stanford; father, Jacob Frances Partika; mother, Mamie Leeola Partika; two grandchildren, Matthew Russell Odum and Jennifer LeeAnn Odum; sister, Christine Billingsly; and three brothers, Jacob Partika Jr., Bernie Ogles, and Harlin Ogles.

She was a former member of Oldfield Baptist Church in Sylacauga, AL. Mrs. Shirley was known for her love of crosswords and the Gameshow Network. She was the matriarch of the family and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her two daughters, Tracy Fuller and Kelley (Russell) Odum; six grandchildren, Heather (Charles) Simpson, Jessica (Matt) Vick, Anthony Odum, Holdon Stanford, Jamison Fuller, and Emily Odum; two great-grandchildren, Charlie Simpson and Stella Vick; and her sister, Ruby Shaw.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 31, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Charles Simpson, Matt Vick, Russell Odum, Holdon Stanford, Jamison Fuller, and Anthony Odum.
