Ronnie Williamson, age 69, of Sylacauga, Alabama passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022. Ronnie was born November 2, 1952.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Donna Williamson; son, Shawn Williamson (Amy); daughter, Shannon Masters (Steve); his brothers, Raymond Williamson (Pat) and Keith Williamson (Linda); his grandsons, Austin Masters, Peter Williamson, Andrew Williamson; his granddaughter, Lilly Williamson; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Louise Williamson; sisters, Margaret McClure and Betty Beasley and his brother, Donald Gene Williamson.
A visitation will be held for Ronnie on Tuesday, April 19th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home, 320 North Elm Ave, Sylacauga, AL 35150. A funeral service will occur April 20th at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church in Sylacauga, AL with Dr. Rick Patrick and Dr. Larry Morrison officiating.
Ronnie will be laid to rest in Tallaseehatchee Cemetery in Alpine, AL.
Ronnie Earl Williamson was a beloved husband, father and pawpaw. His love for life was contagious for everyone that knew him. Whether he was playing pranks on those he worked with at the papermill, at one of the sporting events for one of his grandkids or just going for a ride with Donna, he always had a smile on his face. Ronnie loved to tinker at the station, work in his garden and going on adventures. Always willing to lend a hand to his neighbor or help those in need. His love for life will continue on with continue on with the friends and family that are left here to cherish their memories.
