Roger Dale Skelton

Sylacauga, AL - Funeral service for Roger Dale Skelton, 76, will be Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Chapel. Burial will be at Kahatchee Cemetery in Childersburg.

Mr. Skelton died Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Citizens Baptist Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, JC & Lillie Skelton, brother, Donald Lee Skelton, brother, Robert Ray Skelton, and sister, Lillie Mae Skelton.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Skelton; two daughters, Tanya Baird, Sherra Adair; four grandchildren, Kayla Baird, Tamra Baird, Johnathan (Molly) Ashley, Justin Ashley; 14 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Geraldine Giddens, Ruby (Mack) Grice, Catherine (Rodger) Harmon, Doris Burgett; three nephews; eight nieces; and two sister-n-laws, Sue Jarvis and Barbara Wallace.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Radney-Smith Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Trey Baird, Landon Baird, Johnathan Ashley, Justin Ashley, Billy Skelton, Bobby Skelton and Xavier Ashley.
